Working out with a friend is a great way to keep yourself committed. Working out with a partner can help you with placement when lifting weights, encourage you to put more weight on and give you new suggestions.
When Jenifer and I get to workout together I have the BEST workout of my workout week. Jenifer is encouraging and enthusiastic. Jenifer and I have strengths in different areas and are always challenging and pushing each other. Jenifer is extremely motivated on TRX bands and an experienced weight lifter. I on the other hand enjoy swimming intervals and enjoy creating HIIT circuits. Watch for our upcoming blog post with our partner workout video!
